The Salawu Abiola Comprehensive High School Old Students’ Association (SACHSOSA) has organised a reunion for its former students.
The Reunion, tagged, ‘Bonding Together’ will come up on the 23rd December, 2023 at the multi-purpose hall of the Alma Mater, Salawu Abiola Comprehensive High School, Osiele, Abeokuta.
The SACHSOSA President, Hon. Gbenga Oyerimde, who expressed happiness at the considerable growth of the Old Students’ Association in the past few years, urged all ex-students to get registered on the database of the Association for first-hand information on the reunion, and other plans of uplifting the Alma Mater.
He implored all active members to inform others and also contribute positively to issues relating to the Reunion, by getting themselves acquainted with all strategies put in place to make the Reunion a grand success.
Similarly, Mr Akeem Olamide Olabamji Onifade, an old student of the pioneer group-set and the current Vice President (Diaspora) is confident this Re-union will be a watershed in the history of the Association as old students in the Diaspora are actively involved in the planning process and some will be attending too.
To get more old students of the school involved, the Events Planning Committee has deployed an event management portal (www.sachsosa.org) where series of information relating to the Reunion are spotlighted.
The Reunion, which aims at bonding all ex-students will involve many activities including; a tour of the school, red carpet forum, merit awards, merriment and the cutting of the Re-union cake.
