The National President, Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, (CILT), Nigeria, Mfon Usoro, has called on operators in all transport modes to trust, recognize and promote competent female professionals.
Usoro disclosed this against the backdrop of an All-Female crew for her chartered flight by ANAP Jet in celebration of the International Women’s Day (IWD), a day set aside by the United Nations to celebrate women.

The former director general of the Nigerian Marítime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), however, commended the airline for creating opportunities for female professionals.
The statement read, “Mfon Ekong Usoro, the President of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Nigeria (CILT) with an all female crew of ANAP charter flight in this month of March dedicated to women by the United Nations.

“Usoro commends ANAP for creating opportunities for female professionals and encourages operators in all transport modes to trust, recognize and promote competent female professionals,” the statement read.
